Diddy Comb has been charged with sex trafficking, but it is not clear yet, as the lawyer also said, this is an unjust prosecution.
Damian Williams, attorney for the southern district of New York, said,’’ We expect to move to unseal the indictment in the morning and will have more to say at that time,’’
Comb’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo has issued a statement in which he highlighted his remarks that this is very disappointing and unfair that the prosecution is not clear and has marked on his client.
according to Agnifilo,’’ Comb is the man who has invested in the black community to support their rights and voices,’’ he is a music icon, a self-made entrepreneur, a man who loves his family, at the same time, he is a successful philanthropist who has spent the last 30 years in building an empire, yes, we accept that he is not the perfect person, but he is not a criminal either,
Comb’s properties in Miami and Los Angeles were carried out raid by federal authorities in March.
Comb also faced sexual assaults and misconduct with various women since November, when his girlfriend also sued him for physically abusing her.
Combs has strongly denied the allegations made against him, accusing his accusers of seeking “a quick payday.” In May, controversy resurfaced when CNN aired a leaked video from 2016 showing the rapper violently grabbing, dragging, and kicking Ventura. Following the video’s release, Combs publicly apologized, acknowledging that his actions were “inexcusable.”
Known for his aliases Puff Daddy and Love, Combs became one of the most successful rap producers after founding Bad Boy Records in the early 1990s. Over his three-decade career, he has collaborated with top artists like The Notorious B.I.G., Mary J. Blige, Faith Evans, and Usher. Beyond music, Combs expanded his empire into fashion, fragrances, and a range of alcoholic beverages.
