Attention, bargain hunters—Target’s “early” Black Friday sale is officially live, giving you the chance to score holiday deals ahead of the busy shopping season.
The retailer has kicked off its holiday shopping specials with daily “Deal of the Day” offers, starting on Friday, Nov. 1, and running through Tuesday, Dec. 24. These deals are available exclusively for Target Circle members on the Target app.
In addition, Target is hosting a special three-day Early Black Friday Sale that runs until Saturday, Nov. 9. Expect “thousands of hot new deals, many up to 50% off,” as announced in a recent news release.
Target’s weekly deals have also returned and will be available throughout the holiday season. You can find all the current weekly offers in Target’s Weekly Ad, which updates every Friday. This week, expect discounts on select cosmetic products, laundry and bathroom essentials, and food items like salad kits and snacks.
With the holiday shopping season fast approaching, consumer spending is expected to grow by 2.5-3.5% over last year, according to the National Retail Federation.
“We know consumers have a lot of choices when it comes to holiday shopping, so we’re leaning into what Target does better than anyone – great products, great prices, and a shopping experience that’s easy and fun,” said Rick Gomez, Target’s executive vice president and chief commercial officer, in a statement.
Target isn’t the only retailer jumping into the holiday sales early. Walmart also unveiled its Black Friday plans, with special sales dates running from Nov. 11 through Cyber Monday (Dec. 1).

If you’re ready to start your holiday shopping early, you don’t have to wait for Black Friday to begin, especially at Target.
The Early Black Friday sale started Thursday and runs through Saturday, Nov. 9.
Target stores are open during regular hours, typically 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. local time. Popular categories like apparel, accessories, toys, kitchen products, floorcare, holiday décor, bedding, and lighting are all featured in the sale.
